Company Intentions:

If taken verbatim a paradox is a seemingly absurd or self-contradictory statement or proposition that when investigated or explained may prove to be well-founded or true. Kinetics could be about studying change rates or mechanical forces.

What does it mean to craft our health and fitness, to design our health span? How do we temper ourselves to live in a harmony of agency and emergence? What is practical mastery of ones own experience?

We're here because we believe the era of self agency is now in focus. The friction of what humanity wants and what we are able to create is embedded into our everyday.  Now more than ever this industry needs to be disrupted; its beliefs challenged, its strength measured and its values tested.

Craft; To create at Paradox means to not settle for the status quo as a company and to share that energy with you. It’s time, it’s time for different. It’s time to design a path of change and find out what we’re capable of.

Temper; Tempering at Paradox means it’s time to see where we stand. It’s time to find out if we can be tested and hold our ground. It’s time to move from desire and embrace the challenge of defining our progress. Tempering is a path of discomfort and ownership. It’s the path of engaging your intention of setting out in the first place, to find your true North, to find yourself.

Master; Mastery along the Paradox path is not only embracing a life lived through strength but provoking and engaging it. To own it, to adjust it according to your intentions and to take others with you.

It's Time.

Story of my life:

"Sometimes there's money, sometimes there's monsters, rarely both." - The Witcher, Andrzej Sapkowski

The truth of it all is just like you, I'm in development on most things in life, figuring it all out. I was originally certified for personal training in 2011, at that point I had no clue what I was doing and I still don't. I've since survived all the mistakes and great success' to be where ever it is I am at the moment.

I've challenged enough quests and made enough messes to learn a pile of answers to questions I otherwise didn't know to ask. After that it's straightforward; I honestly don't think I'm as useful at anything else that matters, as I am coaching.

So here I am, hoisting the colors and hoping this will all make sense in the end!

Because I'm Not Allowed Hobbies At This Point:

Trying to make this company a thing, looking after my family, and trying to keep myself put together is a worthy task. I have a hard time fitting in more than the essentials and core business so I figured as a glimpse into my world I'd share some things, people and other businesses I love.

In no particular, you'll find some supps from Kaged and LMNT. Both of these came about because of their respective owners Kris Gethin and Robb Wolf. I'm a fan of these guys and their products stand out in our industry.

Also from this industry, you'll find some kit from Virus Intl. and Kabuki Strength. I had the pleasure of meeting Chris Duffin at a seminar and was on board with this guy right away. My experience  with Virus Intl was very similar, I saw the kit on their athletes and followed up. I'm very interested in the integration of technology in clothing and I think these guys are up to something.

Working in the tech industry for years and years I have to add some nerd in here. Joel Jameison's work with HRV and now Morpheus has come a long way. I have been on board with this guy for years now and his work has only got better. My Rocketbook stack is in there somewhere, literally couldn't function without these guys!

My personal tech is always a topic with friends and fam. A couple of pics showing off my Framework laptop, Pixelbook, One Plus 7T Pro McLaren and of course my Nothing's. I am super interested in these products and more importantly the ideas behind them.
